What is the role?

As one of the most senior paid search experts in the business, the Digital Solutions Director (Paid), is a leadership role within Reprise. You will be responsible for developing paid digital solutions for a wide range of clients and leading a teams of Specialists. You will ensure your team is able to implement these campaigns including developing processes, training and supporting your team and the wider business. You will also work across Mediabrands to deliver solutions in line with wider digital, programmatic and offline media.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of Reprise’s paid search and performance marketing solution
  • Support the Client Advisory Director in responding to key strategic reviews and responses to key issues
  • Seek opportunities to expand service to clients and develop solutions through an understanding of client’s consumer, brand and industry
  • Use a wide range of data to diagnose business strengths & weaknesses and develop strategies and plans that will help the business grow
  • Leading the Paid Specialists, with dotted line to all Executives and Coordinators
  • Provide support, training and guidance through our Academy Training
  • Responsible for ongoing talent attraction, interviewing and recruitment of digital specialists


Skills & Experience:

  • 6 years+ agency experience specialising in paid search marketing
  • Proof of leading strong performing teams delivering results
  • Proven track record of developing talent, nurturing and growing individuals
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, how it works and how to apply this for clients – specifically paid search, digital performance media or digital affiliate marketing
  • Thorough understanding of all facets of digital marketing campaign implementation, systems and technologies
