The Role

The Search Account Manager is an experienced role without our Client Advisory Team with a major impact in Client Advice and Client Relationships.

You will work on a range of leading clients with the aim of becoming a key trusted advisor. You are their primary contract day to day, and are responsible for the delivery of packaged digital solutions – paid search, performance marketing, organic search and analytics.

Working with Digital Solutions Specialists, you will create digital strategies for your client and will project manage the delivery of these campaigns within your team.

Finally you will support the Client Advisory Director in meeting commercial objectives.

Experience Required

You have 3-5 years’ search (paid or organic) and digital media experience, including experience in managing campaigns from start to finish. You have the experience and capability to effectively guide a team of digital specialists to produce results. You will also have experience in constructing, presenting and achieving sign off on digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all day to day client communications
  • Maintain strong client relationships with all clients in your portfolio
  • Support the Client Advisory Director in delivering commercial objectives
  • Coordinate and project manage search and digital solutions specialists to create and execute market leading solutions
  • Encourage the development of your team by identifying training and other development opportunities
